Expo & Awards Day 2004

This year started with workshops for all on various topical issues relating to sustainable living: "Renewable energy for a cool planet – tackling greenhouse issues” , "Water – our waste and a resource wasted”, “Designing for a sustainable future”, “Inventing our future”. At the conclusion of the workshops and reception, everyone came together for the Awards Ceremony hosted by Roise Beaton from Triple J and Ben Roche from the Sustainable Living Project. The ceremony was a departure from previous years, with an informal format focusing on highlighting the stories from current and previous years participants, whilst relying on musical support from the house band - 'The Compostibles'.
